We will not sell or knowingly pass your details on to anyone else. We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.

By creating a user account on this site and/or submitting an order to Digital Defence via the checkout on this Website, you are accepting in full all that is set out here in our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

We may make changes to this Website and Terms and Conditions from time to time by removing or adding any part without prior warning. Your continued use of this website will be deemed acceptance of these changes.

Standard delivery within the UK is free. Express delivery and non-UK deliveries will be subject to a shipping charge depending on the item, where it is going and how many you’ve bought.

Delivery within the UK should reach you within a week. Occasionally orders do get stuck or lost in the post so we suggest that customers wait 14 days after ordering to get in contact with us if a parcel has gone missing.  International orders often take a little bit longer than in the UK. Please get in touch if you want any more information on delivery options.

We only ever provide information essential to ensuring delivery of your items or fulfilling other important services for you. This may include providing contact information to the relevant courier to ensure the delivery of your order.

You can pay online through our website. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Stripe handles all transactions on our behalf providing maximum protection for your payment details. To view the Stripe privacy policy click here.

You can pay online through PayPal. PayPal handles all transactions on our behalf (with the exception of subscription orders) providing maximum protection for your payment details. To view the PayPal privacy policy click here.

If you would like to return a product (for any reason), we will be happy to give you a refund or exchange for other products provided that the returned order is unopened. We ask that you return unwanted products at your own expense and responsibility within 28 days of receipt of purchase.

If you received a product that is damaged then a replacement or a full refund will be given, including the cost of sending it back to us. We may ask for a photo of the damaged goods or for you to send them back to us, this is to help us understand what happened and to prevent it in future.

If you wish to return a product, then please email us at support@digital-defence.co.uk and we will let you know how best to do this.

Refunds can only be made through the original way that you paid.

Sometimes we give vouchers and discounts on our webshop, for example, our refer a friend programme. Please note you cannot use more than one discount code on one order.

Now and again our bank card processing company warns us that although a payment has been accepted, the transaction is suspicious. When this happens, we’ll make additional checks with you. If you don’t respond to our requests for more info, we may be forced to cancel the transaction in case it is fraudulent. If so, we’ll have to cancel the order and refund the amount paid but we’ll do all we can to make sure you can make another order as soon as possible.

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or withdraw from a purchase of a product if done so within 14 days after the date of delivery.  On completion of the cancellation of our contract, you will receive a full refund, including the original standard delivery charge.

If you cancel the purchase of a product then you must return the goods at your own expense. You are also responsible for any loss or damage incurred in the process of returning the goods.

If you wish to return a product then please email us at support@digital-defence.co.uk and we will provide you with the relevant information to carry this out.

Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. We do not accept returns from countries outside of the European Union.

Getting your order confirmation and payment isn’t the same as entering into a contract with you. This only happens when we send out your items. This is standard legal practice and is necessary because we might have accidentally made a pricing error or sometimes even your payment might later be declined by your bank. Placing an order and paying for it means you have accepted these terms and conditions.

If we share a link to something on a third party website, it doesn’t mean that we endorse the whole website and therefore you acknowledge and agree that we are not to be held responsible for the content of any such sites.
